You will join us as an independent Business Development Partner, with compensation based only on a commission system. You will cooperate closely with our Business Partner and CEO. During onboarding, we’ll ensure you have comprehensive product knowledge and all the insights you need to expand our product internationally and develop our partner network. Additionally, our sales, marketing, and technical teams will support you as needed.
You will be perfect for this role if you have a strong background in B2B sales with a proven track record of success and an established network of contacts. Additionally, you should be fluent in English or Polish (knowledge of another language would be a valuable asset) and be highly results-driven and proactive.
Our expectations, as an Independent Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Finding and establishing new business relationships
- Conducting market and competition analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Preparing sales offers and negotiating terms of cooperation
- Monitoring sales results and reporting
- Attending networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
